Only the data strictly necessary for the conclusion and management of contracts is collected: Identity: Full name, address, phone number, email address. Financial Data: Bank details (only for the collection of deposits or rent, if applicable).

Data is retained: For the duration of the contract + 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship (legal obligation for tax and accounting documents).

Data is exclusively accessible to:

• Yourself (tenant or landlord).
• Administrative or judicial authorities, only upon legal request.
